Cottage Cheese Breakfast


Ingredients:

1 cup 1% milk fat Cottage Cheese

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 packet splenda (or other artificial sweetener)

1/4 cup Almonds (chopped)



Directions

Combine cottage cheese, cinnamon, and splenda and mix well. Then

sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
