Post Recovery Peanut Butter Snacks

 Peanut Butter Snacks Include:

Reese's Peanut Butter or MaraNatha Caramel Almond Peanut Butter
BODY BY VI Mix
Agave Nectar or Honey
Pureed Prune
Flax Seed
Oatmeal


I don't measure - just until the consistency is right. Roll into a small ball and then roll in Wheat Germ, Coconut, Sunflower seeds, or crushed peanuts/walnuts. You can also add cocoa powder to make them taste like chocolate-peanut butter snacks. The Agave Nectar will sweeten up the cocoa powder.

The perfect replacement of both sugars & proteins that are used up during a strenuous workout lasting 60 minutes or more. Full of fiber, protein, good fats, and sugars to replace depleted glycogen stores, your recovery will be quicker and you will have more energy throughout the day.
