Fusion Fitness 8-Week Body Transformation Program

This program is for all fitness levels who is either at a plateau in their current fitness program or for the person who needs a little extra "push" and guidance to get them where they want to be. The program will take commitment and dedication to follow the Indivualized Exercise Prescription suggested to you and the self discipline to track your food intake in the Fusion Food Journal at least 3 days / week and turn in to your trainer biweekly. In just 8 weeks, you will begin to see and feel both the psychological and physiological change in your body as a whole.

My goal of the program is simple; I would like everyone to complete the program first off and second, to find that intrinsic motivation to continue exercising and eating right. I will share with you the Seven Dimensions of Wellness and help you focus on a few of these areas in your life so that you can begin to have "balance" in your life. I will also share with you my expertise in metabolism, resistance training to change your body composition, nutrition guidance and exercise adherence.

What are your goals of the program? Please write down 3 attainable goals and turn them in. You can have both short term and long term goals. I want to encourage everyone to think outside the box. For example, maybe you can set a goal that you would like to complete a 5k this fall or feel strong enough to complete a session of Boot Camp, etc.

I will offer two "kick-off" meetings

Tuesday, May 18th at 6:00 pm or
Thursday, May 20th at 6:00 pm


Each meeting should take no more than an hour. If you are unable to attend either meeting, please see me in advance. The program officially begins the week of May 17th and it is highly recommended that you check my Fusion web site daily for tips, information and scheduled events.
