Just a note from the office: Dates to remember Saturday, August 28 th - Pre -Registration Date for September Classes Patty and Valerie will be available to assist you with your registration for September classes and answer any questions you may have about the pricing policy and structure. Also, Casey Fett with Team Beachbody will be on site to talk about the Shakeology Program and hand out samples. Please stop in that Saturday morning and meet Casey.
